I will now start by proclaiming 'today's another boring day' as my new opening sentence. Yes, yesterday was a boring day. After the friday prayers, i went to jp to check out some new books at popular bookstore and found myself gazing at the latest cds- and gaping at their price tags. wahhh.. how i wish i'm working now...btw, no new exciting books sold now, except the one on 'conspiracy theories' on the Bush administration. sounds interesting.
Then i checked out the pc games section with my friends whom i met along the way from to jp. we were kinda excited to c all the new releases (fifa 2005,total club manager 2005,half-life 2 etc) but found ourselves to be staring into abyss by the again all-powerful price tag.*sigh* Ok enough said about high prices.I was like dizzy and went straight back home.
Then in the afternoon, I went to the park for a sweet long-awaited reunion with my neighbours - to play soccer of course! ever since feb, i've never really gone down to play with em. It's like tearing off a huge chunk off my timetable under the weekends column. was feelin' a bit torn too coz i've beeen playing with 'em intensively on weekends since we're in primary skool (around primary 4). so we've been playin for 7 years together already.Boy, time passes by so fast...
But soon, I found myself at the wrong end. While I was busily preparing for the Os, my friends have been improving tremendously in their soccer abilities, whereas my stamina is deteriorating and my level of skills is somewhat stagnant. Haiz...i was condemned to be keeper for the whole 2 hours...i gave way to my neighbours to play upfront since they deservedly played well... luckily i did pretty well though for my own satisfaction...saved my team on countless of times against a team of oversized secondary students-players.
which explains why im still tired though i've exceeded my wake-up time. soccer is tiring but the satisfying feeling is just great.dono how to explain it.ok...later i'm goin to my cousin's b'day party.as I've said in the previous entry, Taufik Batisah is coming too (hopefully).. yay! haha...i will update u on that one ;)
