haiz, the problem is that i keep blaming something else, other than myself. maybe it's true i probably made a colossal mistake in choosing to be a slacker in sec sch days and still became stuck in slacking mode in jc (slacking as in really slack). which also means i didnt try my best to be significantly more muggerish tis year to achieve quality grades. haiz. this may as well cost my ambitions and prospect of getting a place in uni...coz i haf to drop a subject =( ...and this will leave me with 3 A level subs (which is quite bad) and a lot more 'free' time ( which is quite gd). i'm not sure, maybe if i can use that free time very wisely, i may get the great As and maybe, who knows, i may piah biomed quiz too, something which i failed to do last yr.

i was strolling around the Net and came across kat-ho's blog. i found her post quite interesting. i quote her as saying (something like...) "whats the use of 4As if u haven't got a nice family..."
I hate to say this, but contrary to my heart, i think that's not really the case nowadays. in an increasingly materialistic world, all that matters now seem to be the grades or whatever there is to show (off) one's achievements, but not necessarily his/her true credentials....

can u believe it...yesterday was the first ever day in this yr i caught a premiership match live on TV. u may haf guessed it...man utd vs tottenham. I was on a high when silvestre (tyco-ly) lunged into the ball across the goalline after tottenham's paul robinson failed to handle nistelrooy's harmless-lookin header. man utd 1 tottenham 0. after that goal, i fell asleep -_- "
